Here is what I read: Dr. Nero and the Contessa were interrogating Colonol Francisco for his previos night actions. The Contessa did som voodoo on him to get him to spill out all that he knows. Dr. Nero is Furious because he can not exicute Cypher. Finally Otto and Raven are trying to track Cypher down.
